1. Do you deliver to both Sweden and Norway?
Yes, we offer delivery to both Sweden and Norway.
2. How long is the delivery time?
Normally your order will be processed within 1-3 business days . Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days depending on your address.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden and Norway.
4. How can I pay for my order?

5. How do I return a product?
Please contact our customer service via email for return address and instructions. The product must be returned within 30 days in unused condition and in its original packaging.
6. Does it cost to return a product?
Yes, the customer is responsible for the return cost, unless the product is damaged or faulty. In the event of an error on our part, we will of course be responsible for the cost.
7. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days via the same payment method used for purchase.
8. What do I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately and attach pictures of the item and packaging. We will replace the product or issue a full refund.
9. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
